MOSAICEARTH STANDARD GEOSPATIAL LICENSE (v1.0)
1. Grant of License: Upon valid acquisition on MosaicEarth, the Creator grants the Licensee a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to inspect, use, integrate, and create derivative engineering or visualization works from the acquired MosaicAsset.
2. Permitted Uses: GIS analysis, CAD/BIM integration, 3D digital twin simulation, environmental monitoring, academic research, municipal planning, and commercial presentations.
3. Restrictions: Licensee may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw unmodified source files on competing geospatial marketplaces.
4. Attribution: Attribution to Creator and MosaicEarth (https://mosaicearth.app) is appreciated where technically feasible.
