How Local PC Processing Works (3 Simple Steps · 0.00 € per Task)
1. Run the Desktop Wizard
Download and run the
Windows (.bat),
Linux (.sh), or
macOS (.command) installer. It creates your local folder (
MosaicEarth_Local_Data), adds a Desktop shortcut, and starts the official
OpenDroneMap (NodeODM) engine locally on
http://127.0.0.1:3000.
2. Select “Local PC (0.00 €)” in MyEarth
Inside any
MyEarth Photogrammetry Task, click
PROCESS. The modal automatically detects your local engine at
127.0.0.1:3000 and lets you choose between
MosaicEarth Cloud or
Local PC (Desktop · 0.00 €).
3. Process Locally & Sync Optional
Your computer processes the drone photos into Orthophotos, 3D Models & Point Clouds at
0.00 € cost, and you can view them on the 3D Globe or sync selected results to your MyEarth Cloud quota.
